Kiss

“Am I really?” Shen Shu suddenly moved closer to Xie Yi again.

The two were extremely close for a moment, their warm breaths falling on each other’s faces, making it extremely ambiguous from certain angles.

“I won’t kill you now.” Xie Yi felt the temperature coming from his hand, as well as the faint pulse. He tilted his head slightly closer to Shen Shu’s ear and whispered as if whispering sweet nothings to a lover, “But you don’t have to be afraid, and you don’t have to worry about losing control. Rest assured, if that day ever comes, I will kill you. You will definitely die by my hands.”

“Before that—” Xie Yi suddenly exerted force, pushing Shen Shu down beneath him. He leaned close and said sternly, word by word, “You fucking better act like a proper human being for me, stop overthinking things and getting sick all the time, like a mad dog, got it?”

Shen Shu met Xie Yi’s eyes, utterly convinced that every word he said was true.
